Emeric Emmanuel Beahboye (born 20 January 1996) known by his stage name Meek magus, is a Sierra Leonean Rapper, Singer and songwriter currently working with TruHitz Entertainment company. He is best known for his hit singles "Na God " a Hip hop-gospel song which was produced by JASSIE JOZZY and "Special Girl" an Afro hip hop song produced by a Nigerian and mixed by Cloud diamond multimedia, and DO WHAT YOU WAN Afro-rap/Dancehall which he feature Slim Peezee another talented young musical star in Sierra Leone entertainment.
EARLY LIFE, EDUCATION and CAREER
Emeric (German/Teutonic: "Legend/Leader" ) was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where he completed his primary and secondary school education at UBC primary school and Albert Academy secondary school respectively. He start performing at the age of 17, While in secondary school, Emeric went on to form a music group with a friend and start writing some of his songs. He started music professionally by recording his first studio song in 2017, and eventually released his first single "NA GOD" out of his EP titled STEP "Strive Till Everything Perfect" which he is currently working on. He cites Sarkodie, MI Abaga, and Drake as people he draws inspiration from. Emeric Beahboye is presently studying Economics at the university of Sierra Leone "Fourah Bay College ".
